Red From Brazilian Wax

Asado de cordero, asado chileno...

ROASTED LAMB
BRIGIDA SANTA IN THE PARK THERE IS A GREAT GRILL FOR ROASTING LAMB TO THE WOOD.

With time and temperature must be exact and precise, with marinades or seasonings creative but cautious. "Mario"

The roast lamb should be served slightly pink, fine to keep and maintain juiciness. In stews and casseroles, meat should be well done but not dry and stringy.
Marinades: The younger the lamb is fresh, less marinade needs. If you are preparing a lamb, pork, rub the entire surface with oil, rub with garlic and add some aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary ...) Let stand an hour or two before putting it in the oven. If the lamb is older, a marinated in wine, garlic and herbs for a few hours the meat will soften and eliminate the unpleasant taste of wool, if it had. The wine, garlic and parsley are also useful if the lamb is not entirely fresh, to be very good antibacterial.

Time: is estimated about 15 to 20 minutes per 454 grams. We must also look at the shape of the piece, the more elongated and will be flat before, while if they are round and thick will take longer. If the part is inserted into the oven in a dish of thick, high walls, the temperature will be the same, but the longer cooking time because the source acts as a parapet.

Time Rest: Once the cooking and fire off should stand about 15 minutes to loosen the meat and reduce tensions. As the lamb must always serve as hot as possible and in those 15 minutes will lose temperature, do not hesitate to heat the dishes.

THE LAMB AND THE AGE
sucker
Lamb: When has not stopped breastfeeding and age does not exceed 6 weeks. Its weight is around 8 kilos. Their flesh has a pale pink, almost white and very little fat. Lamb
recental: When has not grazed. Do not exceed 4 months old and has a maximum weight of 13 kilos.
Kid: is goat rearing which has not grazed. His upbringing is brave. Its meat is lean, full and very aromatic.

Temperature: To get a nice color and lamb skin is crispy and caramelized, the temperature will be higher at the beginning (240 º C). After a while, the temperature was lowered to 200 º C to allow the interior is smooth. These temperatures are suitable for traditional kilns (heat resistance of upper and lower) preheated and placing the piece in the first tray from below. In the last fifteen minutes of cooking, and depending on how crisp and golden roast you can upload it to the upper levels.

Sucker lamb, requires lower temperatures. Many chefs believe that the lamb should be made as a bird, first to 200 ° C and subsequently at 180 º C.

Juiciness:
water is very important to the piece in its own fat or with the mixture we have prepared and do it in several batches. You have to watch the roasting tray not run out of liquid. Halfway through cooking should turn over the piece so that everything she browned. So the skin is crispy and caramelized. Cortes

more employees: recommended leg, shoulder, Baron are the two legs together by the ribs or the chair and the entire rack.

FRYING AND GRID
What best suits him to a chop stick or kidney is the grill. Other interesting options are grilled, the grill and coat. The grill, griddle or skillet to be used must be very hot so the meat retains its juices and do not become dehydrated. At all times we must keep the fire alive.

For a meat to the point when juices appear turns. Once. To get around do not puncture the meat with a fork, you lose the juices. It is better to use a spatula. For this reason, the salt is added to the final.

A good thickness for the ribs are 2.5 cm and calculate a time between 3 and 4 minutes on each side on the grill or griddle.

As an amateur photographer and I have been athletic and I have the privilege to enjoy this great park. Gradually, since its inception, I've seen it grow. I want through this blog back to this natural a little of what he has given me and encourage them to visit it and enjoy it as best like. Sebastian Navarrete.
"If you're not in perfect communion with nature, if you do not experience an immense pleasure, a serene calm to stroll through the woods, the mountains or along the water, seeing the life that throbs around you, in your footsteps, seeing the comings and goings of the birds, feeling the cool air on your skin , when to inhale deeply the smell of decaying leaves, then it is useless for you to buy photographic equipment. Because if you disagree with nature, you will have no desire to know her better, to observe, to understand and to respect, much less to glorify it by turning it into image. The month of May is the "month of Mary" for Catholics, a time when devotion to the Mother is accented with different traditions and celebrations. The quintessential Marian prayer is the Rosary, the prayer that many children no longer know what it is. To help explain its contents may be of interest I saw this picture published in Novabella and was adapted into Italian in Religione 2.0.

Far behind the dawn, I called my mother

animals but everything happens now silent.

try to understand their language, but I can not.

A beautiful young woman languishes
home chanting his heartache, still feel it.
someone preaches in the town milk cool.
Not that I believe to hear, his proclamation as is food.

My dreams are beyond the smoke of the kitchen and behind them
time goes by deploying its aromas.

In the splendor of the morning I see my father,
serene and beautiful, sipping his coffee so far from me.

A cry is heard in my soul shakes
still can not stand pain and I
ahúcha from ghosts and their fear of living
huyéndome.

is the harbinger of the fire will burn
my lonely days ahead, desalted
kind of angel or something tells me I do not know why, from that house
of childhood that I always carry,
the which has never ceased to annihilate ...
which always atarea in reviving.

INTERVIEW INTIMATE COUNTRY AHEAD

By: Idania and Claudia Muñoz Ortiz Mantilla Duran Claumantilla@gmail.com June 20, 2008

Among the group of poets who have visited the Garden of Poetry, the presence of Hernán Vargascarreño in Bucaramanga fills us with joy, first as a writer Santander with a universal poetry second because for decades did not visit their homeland. Vargascarreño Zapatoca born, was the creator and director of the National Poetry Open Sea, led by poets into exile in the city of Santa Marta. She has received awards: National Poetry Award of the Caribbean (1993), National Poetry Prize Antonio Llanos (Cali, 2000), finalist in the National Poetry Award Bogotá (2002) and National Poetry Award without banners - Casa Silva Poetry (2003).

"A station is reached
bringing
red trains and one passenger
night;
one day the dream fulfilled: the train arrives
red, lowered
night
and settled forever in
station forgot ... "

How did trains? Explore their relationship with the story of Juan José Arreola "the switchman."

Railway history has to do with the sun Express left Bogota to Santa Marta with the group Manu Chao. It was a long night of liquor and smoke. Fell A torrential downpour in Santa Marta but that went out to get the train was full of artists, painters, poets, musicians ... After the flood came the partying, I woke up sleeping on the last car of the train, the sun woke me up, I went to my house was a terrace, slept a full day and got up and wrote an almost Trains automatically. I already knew the story of Arreola, who was spinning on his head, and also text the trip, Alvaro Mutis, and only writing this exorcism Trains managed to end the nightmares that caused me these two beautiful texts. Then there are the many memories of the train during my childhood Bucaramanga, since for many Sundays we would go with the family at Café Madrid, and those first impressions of this iron monster that screams, swallows and vomits people came to surface when I became a reader. It is a regret that the trains of our country just now slipping into the rusty rails of memory.

"The house that breaks inside me no one dwells
never a light or open a sale, what signs of life still standing
the
?..."
Residence and Children, is a constant evocation to that yesterday in his childhood. Could evoke the most significant episodes of this season and believes he left an imprint in his life as a writer. Recalling his childhood.

From my childhood I can say I was very happy. Next to my mother, crossed mountain walks for days amid the desolate places that occasionally appeared a country house that gave us shelter. Zapatoca the early years, I remember one morning in the dark even with the family fled in a sedan to Bucaramanga, and in the city, a house with dirt floors and walls in gray work in a neighborhood that I never wanted forgotten. My mother bringing back to his eight children who were scattered throughout the department, the father always absent, the work of my older brothers to keep the family, school, games, field trips, the mules, the mill, work with coffee, trips to the village of Nona, the huge trees still are green in my memory, the end of childhood ... I remember as a child had great legs perhaps to see enough so I lay ahead to the game with words. I was a perfectly happy child. Children's poem was not born of my childhood memories began to emerge when a raid with verseadores met a cemetery on the banks of a tributary of the Magdalena River in Zambrano, a town of Bolivar. This cemetery was flooded when the river is growing very large, and this beautiful image of the dead under the water, kicked this poem.

In Caveats, find the office of the poet, his hard work. What does poetry mean to you?

Poetry for me is my religion, my choice of life, my salvation. Poetry is the look you have always look at the world. I could not, nor can I, find another way of seeing life and the universe.

"I plead guilty to understand
animals more than people ..."

In the group of poems that names the book "Country intimate", the poem Confession declares a series of faults that are ultimately that makes the poet an authentic self and foreign all the vanities that appeal to ordinary mortals. Tell us about this worldview.

say that people born in the mountains of Santander have a great quality that can also be a defect: to be honest. Confession In the poem, and in others, only I take care of it, to be honest. Confession may be much larger, because there is more truth than not they say there, but that can be drawn about many others. I have to confess that this poem I snatched it from the bowels of the Venezuelan poet Rafael Cadenas, who has a fine article called Defeat. It happens that I had started writing Confession and had it in the drawer of aging, half-done, half finished. Defeat to find the poem I went immediately to my comp and managed to finalize it. This text personally because I love writing, and reading it before an audience, I feel relieved that I could hardly any medicine.

"Apart from vertebrate, mammal,
carnivorous bipedal humans
... is also a cruel and beautiful animal,
if not, tell my heart, poor
chest hidden under clothing, skin and frame bones,
entrenched dread my love
without mercy or consideration
me bared his body but not his soul ... "

Another Country intimate poem, which restates the quasi-normal to have in everyday life to refer to the deepest emotions is "Poem for my love is an animal." A goal of this text for you What is love? What is eroticism?

Love is not definable, the day you meet him, you find yourself, know what it is, and suffer, and enjoy, and suffer it again, one could say so much of love, which is better shut up. What I can say is that is one of the few human beings salvations. Without love would be miserable wretches. And unlike love, eroticism itself is can pursue and find. Aesthetically speaking, erotic art is spirit, and every time we should be erotic in every area of \u200b\u200blife, we need to be closer to the artistic nature. The eroticism is not necessarily rests on the unique beauty of the enjoyment of the bodies. Your universe is vast and unpredictable.

His love of great poets like Emily Dickinson and Edgar Lee Masters has manifested through knowledge of their works and the translation that has made them. What these writers seduces him?

Emily seduces me the mystery, the fact that he questioned life itself through his poetry, the certainty of having found means to explore from your little world the vastness of the universe and the existence perplexing. And Lee Masters I have glimpsed this sincerity that goes hand in hand with people of my land, for his poetry dazzled by the reality that he complaint through his work.

addition to these two poets, which other writers have set?

First of all, Homer. After Cervantes, Cavafy, Omar Khayyam, Virginia Woolf, Borges, Yourcenar, Eugenio Montejo ...

Tell us about your first book: Plural. Plural

is my first attempt at poetry. After fleeing from myself and of my land and my family, I the need to publish that first book. It was a need to take steps toward poetry safer. Unlike many artists, not dismissive of my first book and gave me the strength to an initial release and now see it as a valid stage of my life. I have full awareness that it compiles only, I designed it myself and not put him through a reading by an expert. What can save him poetically? Perhaps a third party, but for me at that time meant finding the path of my life.

A black sun to Antinous, his unpublished work is born How and why we need to finally meet her?

Actually I have two unpublished books, but let's talk "A black sun for Antinous." This book began to emerge after reading "Memoirs of Hadrian" by Marguerite Yourcenar. It was an unconscious process that later became aware. I did not want to submit it for publication because strangely is an unpublished book that haunts me, as it does with others. Throughout his almost forty poems speak three characters: the Emperor Hadrian, his favorite Antinous and the poet's voice. Poems are linked by the dialogue that is taking place between these three people, but in addition to the familiar story and novel by Yourcenar, the poems have a thread that is Time. This last element I discovered it slowly over the last few years I have made modifications that emphasize a little more this idea attracts me so much. And will come when editing.

cultural As manager you had the opportunity to create Santa Marta Poetry Open Water program. Remember this experience, its benefits and misfortunes ...

National Programme Offshore Poetry was my school of poetry, as well as experience the poetry of many poets, some 150 guests - had the good fortune of a dialogue with them once finished programs, and sometimes the dialogue lasted for several days in the middle of dinner and wine, for there were poets who would acolitábamos stay by the sea. I often say that the program became the graduate that I have always refused to do because it was so acquired knowledge, that was my school say that poetry is a telling fact and true. Program was a large, well designed and with a formidable public was also learning to enjoy the great poetry of all time, not only because we had the presence of the invited poets, also convocábamos missing word poets by reading us they did their work to the public. The Misfortunes always been economic, but these do not have the time to take stock literary, aesthetic bliss. Now that I have no agenda, I feel a great emptiness that I must learn to fill with something else. Along with cultural management also dabbled as an editor, came to complement work by the sea my high studies in poetry.

Why "by Exile Poets" What led to this name?

The answer is simple: to exile, because over there we go. Let the eternal exile. So I thought since I gave her name to the group that no longer exists.

About the previous question "is considered a poet in exile from his homeland? How do you see the department of Santander and its relation to literature and arts in general? Oddly

on the Caribbean coast have begun to include in studies and in some anthologies, but will always mark the poet does not belong to the land. I know the cluster of poets from the Caribbean coast recognizes the work I did for poetry and what they value very well. But another thing happens to me in Santander. Apart from some minor publications in newspapers (two or three), my poetry has been published in my apartment in a book. Therefore, I do feel exiled from my land, but essentially it was my childhood and adolescence, and may not leave the country girl who is the soul of each. A Santander I have always considered rough and tough to the art, but as I have more than two decades out of it, I feel I can speak with authority about what is happening now. In fact, I have fourteen years without peering at Bucaramanga.

What is your poetic statement?

Before and after the mystery of life, there, and will be something called Poetry.

issue of terror and the maimed
I see with astonishment that the topic today in Cali, in poetic terms, is the bad health in the bureaucracy that has its bards 'eternal'. Starved health of those poets who gave such luster to the poor bourgeoisie of the city, it decided to keep planting cane and enslaving before modernized spiritually. It's a shame, as I read in the Little Newspaper in Colombia, ride loose much of a problem in cities, and that a concern than the fingers and arms of those poets themselves crippled in loose lines, spendthrifts.

I just got the book 'Cali-rays' , so many of you gave Kemp. I think the editing and translation are the best, but one thing is clear: those poets, 'maimed of terror' , managed to build a literature to fit the bourgeois peasantry of the Cauca Valley. And it's a shame that, although there are some good verses that compilers are engaged in reviewing, Valle del Cauca - people who appreciate, though not fined for their docility and idolatry to the Reina Rumba but his endurance - is persist in despising literary work like this book exposes. And good health, with fingers, phalanges and arms full of literature to come.
Thank you ... Guillermo Cobo

an enormous whale eats MY STUFF

life in every cup of tea I drink in the morning
In memory of my father coins minted
In the joy of finding the keys
And find anyone beyond the disappointment
In the howl of dogs copulate
While love is another battle and the war
those afternoons where men dream of being heroes
and ash is becoming the smell of rain
Caravans of dust where the gods have been dying.
I remember when I read Socrates and felt that his death was my death
And he drank the hemlock burned my din. That armor

These men desert horsemen
That light at dusk
That smell of warm blood
And that day when God gives me death. The rickety marble

Dead

All the dead hunger hunger
All
The
crucified crucified because there is still land

Sad Moon
the whole garden pot falling on the pain of the world
All books cremation in that terrible shame gnawing
All unwavering line.
. Once I thought we had a homeland and dark animals
trod my tongue
And the wind swept through the vine that grew in the yard

house furrow my writing
a red sky and the sea was mine
My teeth of wolves
My fog.
A huge whale swallows
vacuum they leave behind things his way
And it is this October with its neon signs
and rainy streets.
earth trembles like a sick bird and I'm alone

More alone than death. ---
NIGHT BEGINS TO BE BORN IN THE EYE OF THE NEEDLE

you share my deep
My crying girl gagged
The rooms where smells like a thick wine.
The first cry of the world was your cry
And you were the miracle to fill my thing. The city remains

This beautiful woman like a dream
That bird that swallows the earth.
I hope that come the devils
A sawing trees to pluck the nails

To pretend that love me.
I keep losing all the battles
Extraviada as always on my lips moist in the syllable
Exhausted
Waiting for the heart burn the stone
talk to me. Start
born overnight in the eye of the needle
A home made fog
And the words are in purple
kisses And a flood of children being drawn into the pumpkins

And I am the great flood of the
The All arms crossed my blood

illuminating sad eyes of cats
The dark silence of the cathedral.
Teach me that my side is not injured in the wall
Adivíname
The red barbed fence the crack of dawn.
Tell me the story of the goods
And listen as it falls on the ash mud
cement from the root
on birds darken the sky
you and me and neglect
And we're sailing alone our own fog.
not call death because I do not know who I understand

Because nothing like rain If you were
If your feet were my feet under the aroma
And it was the poem the thickness
And I've lost everything
to silence.
--- NO MORE LIVES OF MIRRORS

With this feeling of not belonging anywhere
That the other side of the chasm
Oblivion randomly ignores the steel tempered in vain
What I look for voices of my dead.
Nothing has changed since that woman in the most remote
blood
I spoke of the happiness and men
of the meat will one day be dust
The talisman that inhabits the eyes of cats. She was
wind
He looked the morning
As one who evokes a promised heaven.
With this feeling of being lost still
growing between my fingernails
That knot of men and their ephemeral pyramids
Tigers
perfumed flesh eating this dead god of syllables
smell with knives after the battle. I've seen
I bleed the ancient heart of stone
The intricate sea gulls
not forget that my hand can be cruel and the sword
I can measure the moon and drunk The terrible insomnia
clarity that separates me
nothing I imagine me as inexhaustible
The street traffic.
That circle is God continues

wandering among my things in my bed It tends
solitary is the twilight Endless
The dice game.
God and I ordered the fog sometimes
The infinite love of the little hyenas.
him as I know we are not that soft
That smell of empty afternoon that no one else lives
mirrors. ---
Greedy
WIRE

That my voice penetrate your body
And that is the poem
thirst That God inhabits your dark abyss.
imagine my mouth
inside your own mouth
And my tears to encompass the infinite
to blend the water with the water
to multiply on the world
to found a new kingdom. My voice
invisible as a child to miss
Playing between the doors
The
knows they are like a trap
eyelids
milky owls that there is no abyss
That blind eyes of the poem.
Before oblivion
moon shred of my soul We spoliation
shred my flesh of your flesh
Unravel one hundred ties that hold the pyramid.
You'll never hear the roar of the tigers
Digging the hole deeper
not know the fate of baby leopard
His death ration in my bowl of jade
Neither beetles
sleeping under the pillow. I give back the coveted
threads
And every drop of blood I shed for you
and birds sounding
to see distilling wine.
I caught between my hands Quartz Butterfly

Unicorns made of mirrors my door keys
My hourglass hourglass
And that was never mine.
Everything else is yours

Bombay Black Cat with gold nails are yours
the holder Yours Pictures

the sick man's oils
painted for me the other deaths.

Yours forever and forever and ever
tonight's monologue.

STARS FIRE

Give me your lips to ignite the stars. Show me your body

and Seduce with the frenzy of your hips.
My eyes and my hands a thorough scouring
deliriously me feel the glory of your kisses
To receive you with your emergency runaway
want to be the custodian of your poems and your body in agony
every drop of your sweet
spring and the beast that you have in your tongue to devour.
I plunge into your little wood to burn your pubic
and listen to the melody of your sobs
amid the tremors of your volcanoes on.
I own and I love you like a sweet little
untamed beast for the rest that do not
and all the rainbow colors are for you.
enrutarte If you want to host my heart

my silence as yours let me enter all your secrets
and drink the elixir that comes from my skin
because after your kiss
ignite the stars ....

WHAT GOD THINKS OF WOMEN?

cares what God thinks of women
if their legs are tattooed honey
milestones of history?
If you have been alone in his silent struggle
and anguish of the lash?
If the fury of her hips
with the passion and the eagerness of his kisses
and fertility of their wombs
have given life to the universe?

As God they are everywhere
with the obstinacy of their dreams

combined with other dreams with the strength of its fragility
have faced the world like angels
transcending death. Creative and resourceful

literate or illiterate and proud
presumed

thoughtful and refined sound crazy or indecent

chaste or holy or unholy fortune tellers and witches
feminist or sexist
exploited and deceived

are willing to fight rhythmic
alongside their men.

But who can defend their covens?
who can overcome their atavistic
pains?

do not want them as nightmares lurking

not want their indolence or cruel revenge
like Lorena Bobbit and his paranoia

as Juana la Loca
nor his messianism
like that with Judith
beauty of her face and deception
cut the head of Holofernes and his betrayal

like that
Delilah Samson gave gifts to the enemy.

But if we as a whisper of such
to ignite our skin and are
the fire and wet moan
that copulations are burning

that as wine and as a source
become light to the abyss.

Many seek peace of loose ropes or peace
frenzy
loved the bed and some have built their own heaven
others their own hell.

cares what God thinks of women
if from the depths of history
a new woman is emerging. Blessed or unlucky

All fit into the realm of men.

GOD OF
Malaventurados

"The contempt of God afflicts world
Piedad Bonnett

Poem 1

Today with sadness in my eyes When death
round my side
When dreams are made of ash. Reflective
as in the days of my childhood
When everything was chirping of birds
And the waters of the water stroked my hands.

Today I feel an anguished cry for the pain

A dagger world of burning my insides.
I believe in you God of the unlucky
Lost in the abyss of your designs
For the tears and pain are one
And is your answer to the prayers inclement
of lips Claiming
life.

Poem 2

of the mouths of the oppressors
emanate praise Psalms and incense

I ask forgiveness for their blessing and protection
ignominy
To continue sinning
As heard from the abyss
The lament of the bones of your unlucky
which cry to heaven for divine justice
they never knew.

Poem 3

You focus on your hand that all the powers

forgives all sins and bless the swords,
Grant me the grace not to be in your plans
Protect me yourself and have me

Best of all silence. Although fear

makes me names Do not get me
exorcises
This river of blood that crosses me. It only takes a gesture
yours

To clear the darkness of the universe. Poem 4

Manifiéstanos Lord
If you're tired of your eternity
And if you are unable to quiet the beast
That inhabits the soul of men
And if so your desolation
exempt you from the world's salvation Abandon thy kingdom

Let us create
Another God redeem us. Poems

5

How
God you believe in the unlucky
If you have deleted the child's face
joy And you off in flight
light and has Dragonflies
everyday fact
The
unusual realm of faith and fanaticism
Overwhelmed by your name. How

If you believe in the messengers of death And we've done stoned
constant pain
exclusions have perpetuated on earth
And with fire spewing man
have silenced the birdsong in the mornings We've taken

day colors of the rainbow at the end rain has immortalized
And death in life of your children
unlucky.
I believe in you Lord
If you never overlooks a tear in your eyes?
Poem 6

Lord
not drag me away I've built this faith in me faith in
not my biggest
Neither the touch of the woman I love.

God of
unlucky not let be forgotten
of beings who love me and do not delete

smiling face of my beloved Del
me not away the frenzy of love kiss
not paradise I've built for me.

pray to God today I can not write a sentence
Not a single psalm
For my soul have indolent
The greatness of your glory.
