It is a scene of informal doing what comes pleased, under the rule of law of the jungle with little signs that manage platforms and sectors.
However, the above is not the worst. It happens now that the center has become a public toilet disgusting, foul and smelly. The orinadera poposiadera and produce, in addition to the stench, a revolting spectacle. It is rare to come across puddles of urine and excrement in front of the Cathedral or the National Palace.
And there, in the center, live and sleep hundreds of homeless people who eat fish to dig rubbish bags of garbage littering the sidewalks permanently empty and to top it, make their needs making this space in street latrines .
To make matters worse these poposiaderos are located along the sides of La Ermita (Incidentally, when did we turn?), The Park Poets, the old building of the Caja Agraria and even Plazoleta San Francisco, creating buzz-unfair for others-like a bystander said Cali is back eme eme and smells.
To wash and clean these junk using 50 thousand liters of water daily which is dumped at dawn through tankers that often does not give crude. The water cost three billion dollars a year and could be used to irrigate all the green areas of Cali, or to provide the precious liquid to more than two thousand people daily.
There are two considerations that I want to share with readers: the one refers to the authority, if you know what happens and where it happens, does nothing, because the poposiadera continues and increases, and one wonders, what about the civic guards ? Why not put them to control these excesses? Were not created and paid for, among other things, instilling civic culture?

From an international open tender and selected 13 projects that address artistic scene from multiple perspectives. The proposed theme for the development of projects is the native and foreign, from the work in a public area and protected.

Currently lives, works and works in Montreal. With a strong interest in collaborative work, interact as a choreographer and dancer with various dance artists (Hannah Dorozio as Ladybox, Caroline Dubois, Emily Gualtieri, Sasha Kleinplatz, Zoja Smutny, Silvy Panet-Raymond). David Drury
Born in Montreal, David studied electroacoustic composition at Concordia University (2001), and then obtained a Master of Arts in Sonora Queen University, Belfast (2005). Since 2006 lives in Montreal and works as a composer and sound designer. David performed collaborations with artists from different disciplines, including original music composition and sound design for theater (Christelle Franca, Wajdi Mouw, Marrie Brassard), dance (Alison Denham, Andrew Turner, Milan Gervais), film (Mark Morgenstern, Nicholas Fonseca), television (Pascal Brouard, François Pelloquin), housing (Chantal Dumas, Mouna Andraos, Sabrina Richard) and a long list of musical projects. Its focus is both on the power of sound environments (both urban and wild) and the strength of one's skills sound.

Sienna Dahlen and Nadine Bariteau
Sienna Dahlen is one of the most versatile and original singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Currently based in Toronto, Canada, where he works as a freelance music and teaches voice in the area of \u200b\u200bjazz at the University of Toronto. His music covers folk, jazz and experimental music can be heard on both sides of the Atlantic. Has a Masters in Jazz Performance and has received several awards from the Canada Council of Arts, Quebec and Toronto Arts Council and Ontario Arts Council to support the production of their work. In the past ten years he toured North America and Europe, performing and recording with renowned groups such as Karl Jannuska Sextet (FR), the Sienna Dahlen Quartet (FR / CA) and Baerentzen / Dahlen Project (DK / CA). With the last group worked with the pianist and composer based in Denmark, Mads Baerentzen, who worked for a year to produce the album "Lifelines" (Gateway Music, Denmark).
Nadine Bariteau Franco
artist from Montreal, currently based in Toronto. Bariteau obtained his undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from Concordia University in Montreal and complete the Amsterdam in Fine Arts from York University Toronto. Participated in solo and group exhibitions in Candas and the United States, as in the International Print Center New York City and the State Art Museum Novosibirsh Russia. Bariteau work is part of public and private collections. Recorded currently teaches at York University and recently completed a grant of residence of twelve months in the Open Studio in Toronto.

It's a simple equation: if there is no protection on the larch wood, most likely because ancient giants did not exist.
Alerces National Park was created in 1937, and one of the main reasons for its establishment was the existence of the largest and most notable of larch forests in the country (a total of 7371 hectares, corresponding to 35.7% the total area occupied this species in the Republic of Argentina) Studies came to determine that some individuals may exceed 50 meters high and 4 meters in diameter and have ages ranging around 3,600 years old, the second being the larches world's oldest species.
Inside the Park, the larch forests are in the categories of maximum protection Zona Intangible, that is to use maximum restraint. In the context of events organized to celebrate the International Year of Forests, Park Alerces National and areas of Tourism and Environment of the City of Esquel have developed a solidarity campaign to collect plastic containers in order to reduce the volume of these wastes in dumpsters in the park.
Thus, it seeks to engage visitors to the park to collect plastic containers in a specially-conditioned room in the Visitor Center Villa Futalaufquen. From there they are transferred to the Waste Treatment Plant, where they are compacted into bales for recycling.
"Take away the Plastics" is the slogan chosen to keep clean the public places and generate Park awareness of the high impact of this waste on the environment.
About 50% of total waste generated in the park are plastic containers which, by its volume remaining space to other residues in containers distributed in public areas. Working together with this campaign, the plastics are not part of the forest. Villa
